We promise to do everything we can to make your experience here a smooth and enjoyable one! 
But first, we'd like you to take some time to read this FAQ segment to help clear your doubts


Purchasing an item 
How to order? 
Ordering is made easy by taking these few simple steps:

  • Browse through the items we've listed. Click on the image to look at the enlarged version
  • Write down the item names for the items you wish to own and click on our order form
  • Complete our order form and remember to click the 'Submit' button when you’re done
Why do i need to fill up the order form?
So we can reserve your item and send you an invoice which will let you know what to do next. Please make sure the following steps are completed:
  • Fill in your Full name, contact no. and proper office/home mailing address.
  • Fill in the code/codes of the items you wish to order
  • Indicate your payment option
  • Feel free to write down any comments, questions or requests in the message box
I've filled up the order form, now what? 
Wait for our invoice or reply. If the item you ordered is no longer available, we will let you know as well. If you're not sure if we received your order, leave a short note in the chat box on our BlogShop i.e: order sent, pls check. 

Ok I got your invoice...
In the invoice, we will list the items you have ordered. Kindly check the items to ensure they are the ones you ordered.

We will also state the total amount of your order, postage and packaging (P&P) charges, delivery method, total amount to be paid, our bank account details and confirmation of the mailing information you provided in the order form.

Once you confirm everything in the invoice is accurate, please make payment within 3 business days. If in the event you can't arrange payment within the given time-frame, kindly let us know.


I've made payment! 
Thank you for your prompt payment :) Now, make sure you email / sms us the time of payment, amount and bank branch or payment reference no(for online transfers) and we will mail your item(s) out within 3 business days. Tracking no. for your parcel will be provided on request once we've mailed your item(s).
 
Payment Method 

What are my payment options? 
You can make payment via the following methods:
bank transfer or cash deposit to our Maybank a/c. 
bank transfer or cash deposit to our CIMB a/c. 
3rd party account transfer via maybank2u.com.my 
Online transfer via CIMBclicks.com.my
For shoppers in Malacca, Cash On Delivery is available for purchases of RM 100 or above. 

Delivery information

How much do I need to pay for P&P?
Postage & packaging will be charged according to delivery method and destination:
For delivery via PosLaju: KL/SGOR – RM 5.00, West Malaysia – RM 6.00, East Malaysia – RM 8.00

Will I be able to track my item? 
Yes, each parcel is delivered with a tracking no. which you can trace at www.pos.com.my

Can you deliver my item via Pos Ekspress?
No, we're sorry. According to Pos Malaysia, Pos Ekspress is only for delivery of documents. And since Pos Ekspress delivery doesn't require the recipient's signature, there is no proof of receipt. We know some of you may think this is a cheaper option, but we do not wish to have any disputes in the event the package goes missing.

Is POSTAGE the same even when i buy multiple items?
Yes, in order to SAVE ON POSTAGE, you are encouraged to purchase a few items at one go. Rates are the same no matter how many you buy on a single receipt.

How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
We will mail your item(s) within 3 business days of payment received. Delivery time will vary according to recipient's location:
Within West Malaysia: 1 - 3 business days via PosLaju
Within East Malaysia: 2 - 4 business days via PosLaju

Reservations & Cancellations

I wish to purchase an item but I can't pay within 3 business days, can I still reserve it first?
Yes, if you have made up your mind and sincerely wish to purchase it, please fill out our order form and submit it. We will reserve your item for you up to a week upon request (and with VERY good reason). If we don't hear from you after a week,your item will be automatically released and you will beblacklisted.

I've placed an order but now I've changed my mind and wish to cancel, what do I do?
Just let us know within 24 hrs and we will be more than happy to cancel your order for you.

I wish to swap the item that I've ordered with something else on the blogshop..
We will swap the item for you provided payment hasn't been made. Just email us and let us know which item you want replaced.


Sizing guide


How do I know what size I am?
If you are not sure what size you are, please refer to our sizing guide located on the right sidebar on our blogshop. You should have a better idea of what size can fit you best after learning your size. All you need is a measuring tape :)

I normally wear clothes labelled S, M or L and I don't own a measuring tape..
We cannot provide you an accurate estimate without measurements. This is due to the fact that different manufacturers from different countries apply different sizing to the SML method of labelling. However, if you wish to guesstimate you can do so based on the following:
XS : UK 4
S : UK 6 - UK 8
M : UK 10 – UK 12
L : UK 14 – UK 16
XL : UK 18
XXL: UK 20
XXXL: UK 22

Can I get the specific measurements for a particular item or a list of items?
Yes you can, but please give us at least 24hours to get back to you.

How do I guestimate on how well an item will fit me based on the sizes stated?
If you are looking for something form-fitting, look for items where the max size fits your body measurements. For instance, if you are a size UK 8 and you'd like a dress to be form fitting, then you stand a better chance with one where the size is between UK6 - UK8.

Do you have a particular size for this item other than the ones stated?

No, each piece is unique and one-off. We can't restock them in other sizes or colors for that matter.

I love this dress! But it's not my size?
Have it altered by a trusted and reasonable charging tailor :)

Where are your items from?
All items on our blogshop are imported from the Asian factories and some of it is fully branded.

Can I have a better look at the item?

What condition are the items in?
All items are in perfectly BRAND NEW condition. No holes, tears, missing buttons, visible stains unless otherwise stated.

Can you restock an item?
No, we do not usually restock items to avoid having too many of the same design. We love to add new flavours and trends to our closet every month. 

Returns & Exchanges
All items purchased are exchangeable. HOWEVER, items have to sent out to us within 2 days or receiving the item/s. The process is tedious and unpleasant so please check your size and make sure the item fits you before placing your order.
